Bidnam Lee
Hey there! I’m a strategist with a cross-disciplinary background, an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business, and a passion for finding innovative solutions to big problems (preferably in sandwich form, but I’m flexible).
My career has spanned industries and functions; I’ve managed teams of engineers, scientists, and lawyers in patenting emerging technologies, created content on award-winning campaigns for Nike Running, developed brand strategy for one of the world’s leading global markets companies, and used design thinking workshops to create an implementation roadmap for IBM’s AI-powered sales enablement program. Along the way, I’ve also been fortunate enough to transform a high school lacrosse organization into state champions.
The contexts have varied widely, but the approach has remained consistent—to ask the right questions, engage the right people, and together, find the right solutions.
What drives me is the challenge of exceeding expectations. Not because I believe in myself. But because I believe in people.
The problems we face today as businesses, as a society, as humans are immense and complex. But I don’t believe that we don’t have the people to solve them. And that if we can connect the right people to the right purpose, there are few problems we cannot solve, few possibilities we cannot realize.
That’s why I’m a strategist and storyteller. Strategy connects the right ideas. Storytelling connects the right people.
It’s when we have both that we often find ourselves having a profound impact on the people and world around us, doing the best work of our lives. And ultimately, that’s what I’m chasing—not my best work, but ours.
Let’s do big things together.
